Welcome cocktail
The Welcome Cocktail will take place on Sunday 13, in the ‘Parador del Saler’. It will be an opening reception where some drinks and appetizers will be served. The welcome cocktail will start at 8.30pm.
Gala dinner
The Gala dinner will take place on Thursday 17, in Nou Racó restaurant. It will start at 8.30pm. There will be local buses to take the group from the hotel to the restaurant and back. The buses will depart from the hotel at 8pm. After the dinner, there will be a disco party back in the hotel.
Guided tour to Valencia – City of Arts and Sciences and panoramic visit of Valencia
The tour will take place on Monday 14, from 6pm to 11.30pm. There will be local buses to take the group from the hotel to Valencia and back. This tour is free, you just need to include your name into the list of participants at your arrival.
In this tour the participants will have the opportunity to know the modernist area of Valencia, Turia’s riverbed –know as the biggest garden in Europe, and the impressive City of Arts and Sciences:

- Agora
Don’t miss this tour and experience the City of Arts and Sciences, the futuristic complex that symbolises the new Valencia!
After the tour, the group has some free time for dinner.
Guided tour to Valencia – Old Town
The tour will take place on Wednesday 16, from 5pm to 11.30pm. There will be local buses to take the group from the hotel to Valencia and back. This tour is free, you just need to include your name into the list of participants at your arrival.
In this guided visit the participants will have the opportunity to discover Valencia Old Town in small groups with local official guides. A walk through the history of this beautiful city founded by Romans 2000 years ago. The tour includes the visit inside the impressive Silk Market building, UNESCO World Heritage Site.

‘El Saler’ Beach
There is a path from the hotel that takes you directly to this beach. This large area of 2.6 kilometres of fine, golden sand is protected from the western wind by dunes and by a large expanse of pines, making it one of the most popular beaches in Valencia.

Soccer
For those enthusiastic about soccer, we are planning to organize a small soccer competition. If you are interested in participating, please let us know (sending us an e-mail) and don’t forget your soccer boots!
